To the ones we have Lost, But not Forgotten
Support My Ride to Conquer Cancer®
After taking a year off, due to an aggravated lower back I have decided to ride this year. I am riding on the behalf of my Uncle Harold who passed away from Pancreatic Cancer in 1984 one year after being diagnosed, and one month after his 61st Birthday. I am also riding on the behalf of my wife's Uncle Bert Forman who lost his battle to lung cancer, 2 years ago. Cancer has touched so many lives, and I am riding to bring awareness to the many forms of cancer.
This year I will be riding to Seattle, last time my goal was Mount Vernon but the weather had other plans that day. To jog your memory we started in the torrential rain, and dealt with strong wind gusts up to 90 KMS an hour. And we were shut down in Bellingham.
Thank you for your support, I appreciate it greatly ...
