This marks my fifth year riding in this event and my 7th year cancer free.
Participating in this ride mean so much to me. As you may already know I was diagnosed with cancer nearly 8 years ago and I beat my cancer nearly 7 years ago. Through thick and thin I held on to family and friends. I still think back to how loving and helpful everyone was. It brought my family closer together and although the cancer was everything negative, there was so much positivity. Staying positive was what got me through it. I love and hate to say it, but Cancer gave me a new perspective on life, and I'm forever grateful for everyone who helped me. Not only my family, but people like yourself, people who put this event on, and anyone who has helped some way or another to help find new medicine and treatments for cancer.
I have lost family members to cancer, friends to cancer and every year I ride, I ride for them.
Anything you are able to donate to support my ride for cancer research would be most appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your help.
